Eagles High Real Estate Advisors LLC (“Eagles High”) was founded in 2014 by Logan Holz, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and Georgia with over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development in the Florida and Georgia markets.
Over the course of his career, he has successfully negotiated real estate transactions in excess of $600 million, including the sale of seven wetland mitigation banks in Florida – St. Johns, Florida Gulf Coast, Neoverde 21, Crooked River, Longleaf, Big Cypress and Mary A. He is also an owner of the Nochaway Mitigation Bank, and is the President and Manager of WGBR Holdings LLC, the owner of the Fish Tail and Brick Road Mitigation Banks.
In addition to forming Eagles High Real Estate Advisors LLC, Mr. Holz has previously been an Advisor for Land Advisors Organization, a Senior Vice President at Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group, a Senior Director of Land Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield, and a partner at Stokes Land Group.
Mr. Holz earned a B.S in Marketing at Florida State University. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1988 and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia since 1991. He has attended CCIM courses, the Institute for Corporate Real Estate and the Florida Real Estate Institute.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Holz has successfully negotiated real estate transactions in excess of $430 million. Prior to founding Eagles High Real Estate Real Estate Advisors, he was Senior Vice President of Land Brokerage at Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group, and Senior Director of Land Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield in Jacksonville, Florida.
At Cushman & Wakefield he was recognized as the Top Producer in 2010, 2011 and 2013, selling over 2,500 finished and paper lots, 7,440 acres of residential, mitigation bank, golf course and commercial land. Mr. Holz also provided consulting services for bondholders in seven Community Development Districts in Florida.
Previously, as a partner at Stokes Land Group, Mr. Holz gained development expertise by entitling land and developing residential communities, office and industrial sites, as well as a wetland mitigation bank. He has also developed and brokered shopping center sites and retail outparcels.
Mr. Holz earned a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1988 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He has attended courses at the Institute for Corporate Real Estate, the Florida Real Estate Institute and CCIM.
